Building digital ecosystems where business lives.

I'm Santosh Giri — an enterprise IT leader with 19+ years across real estate, healthcare, manufacturing and retail. I've architected ₹7 Crore technology ecosystems for leading Mumbai developers and led the complete technology, biomedical and infrastructure planning of a 1,200-bed greenfield hospital. From boardroom to bedside, I build technology that delivers measurable impact.

About

Four industries. One discipline: technology that earns its keep.

My career is not the typical IT story of moving between similar roles in similar companies. I deliberately crossed industries — retail, fashion, manufacturing, real estate and healthcare — and at each crossing carried forward the discipline of the last, until I could speak the language of a store manager, a factory head, a real estate CEO and a hospital director with equal fluency.

I started in 2006 on the front lines of IT services in Mumbai. Those years taught me something no certification can: technology only matters when it works for the person using it. Through the 2010s I led technology for retail and fashion businesses — migrating hundreds of users to the cloud, running ERP operations across the UAE, UK and East regions, and securing networks spanning 10 MPLS VPNs and 100 firewall rules.

Today my work centres on the two sectors where technology decisions carry the highest stakes — the homes people buy and the hospitals that care for them. The two spotlights below tell that story.

The Journey

Two decades, drawn to scale.

From the engine room of IT services to the boardrooms of Mumbai's developers and hospitals — every era added a discipline the next one needed.

2006 – 2010

The Foundation Years

Team Leader · Xpress Computers Pvt Ltd

Four years in the engine room of IT services — hardware, networks, operating systems and the daily reality of keeping businesses running. This is where the troubleshooting instinct and user-first empathy were built, along with a first taste of leading people and owning outcomes end to end.

2010 – 2012

First Seat at the Leadership Table

Head Technology · Roxon Clothing Pvt Ltd

Spearheaded the migration of 200+ users from desktops to cloud, upgraded network security to Cyberoam, deployed Open Source Linux across business verticals, and independently set up 200+ seat voice and back-office operations in Mumbai — while designing per-seat pricing models and service offerings with a commercial eye.

2012 – 2014

Consolidating the Cloud-First Playbook

IT Manager · Ivory Tag

Another 200+ user cloud migration, enterprise-wide data processing and network policies across 100+ user environments, on-premise ERP execution, and management of IT personnel, contractors and 15+ channel partners — working directly with directors to translate business intent into technical delivery.

2014 – 2021

The Global Era

Sr. IT Manager · Deal Global Fashion Pvt Ltd

Implemented and upgraded Logic ERP, SAP, GINESYS and ERP-LOGIC systems automating international operations across the UAE, UK and East regions. Migrated on-premise workloads to GCP and Azure, deployed Tripwire and Sophos security, and consolidated 10 MPLS VPNs with 100 firewall rules.

Spearheaded a PAN-India mobile CRM rollout across 3 verticals with 200+ active users, drove BI with Pensar, directed the Waterfall-to-Agile transition, and governed IT budgets end to end as Single Point of Contact leading a team of five.

2021 – 2024

The Manufacturing Chapter

IT Head · Quba Architectural Products Pvt Ltd

Ran end-to-end SAP Business ByDesign ERP and inventory management, deployed CRM and Sales Force Automation, and implemented a Distribution Management System digitally tracking secondary sales across the distribution network. Manufacturing taught process rigor: an hour of downtime is measured in production loss.

2024 – 2026

The Defining Chapter: Real Estate + Healthcare

General Manager IT · Chandak Group

Architected a ₹7 Crore annual technology ecosystem spanning 12+ enterprise platforms across sales, construction, finance, legal and customer experience — while simultaneously leading the technology, biomedical and infrastructure planning of a greenfield 1,200-bed hospital, from board decisions to clinical workflows.

Present

Group-Level IT Leadership, Mumbai Real Estate

Enterprise IT Leadership

Driving infrastructure modernization across active, passive and telephony layers; enterprise asset and service management; security hardening through conditional access and device management; and evaluation of AI agent implementation partners — at the frontier of applied AI in real estate.

Spotlight 01 · Real Estate

Transforming real estate through technology.

Real estate in India runs on relationships, site visits and paper — which is exactly why it rewards leaders who can digitize without disrupting. I elevated an entire group from manual, Excel-driven operations to a connected enterprise: Salesforce running the full customer lifecycle, an API-integrated ERP processing multi-bank payments in real time, live executive dashboards, and AI entering everyday workflows.

Customer Experience

End-to-End Salesforce CRM

The complete buyer journey — pre-sales lead management, site visits, booking and post-booking engagement — integrated with WhatsApp and 360° calling, so every conversation on every channel lands in one system of record.

Finance

IN4 Velocity ERP, Multi-Bank Integrated

Real-time payment processing across multiple banks, streamlined vendor payment cycles and automated reconciliation — cutting the lag between a customer payment and its visibility in the books.

Construction Tech

GreenAiry & Vendor Portals

A self-service vendor portal and the GreenAiry smart construction monitoring platform, tracking project milestones across all active sites — management-level visibility into construction progress without leaving the boardroom.

Physical Infrastructure

5+ Experience Centers

Sales experience centers across Mumbai with complete IT, AV, interactive panels, LED displays and high-availability networks — engineered to never go dark during a sales conversation.

Data, ITSM & HR

The Operational Nervous System

Tableau executive dashboards for sales, construction and payment KPIs; SLA-driven ITSM ticketing across all locations; and HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, PeopleStrong) automating the employee lifecycle.

Spotlight 02 · Healthcare

Building a 1,200-bed hospital from the ground up.

Very few IT leaders ever get this opportunity: the greenfield technology, biomedical and infrastructure leadership of a 1,200-bed hospital — where every cable route, every monitoring point and every patient-safety system had to be decided before the first patient could ever be admitted. In a hospital, a network outage is not an inconvenience; it is a patient-safety event. I built for that standard.

Accreditation

JCI-Aligned Security Systems

Security Bill of Quantities analysed to Joint Commission International standards — access control, surveillance, infant protection and emergency response — so the design meets the world's most demanding hospital accreditation from day one.

Network & Security

Zero-Trust Architecture

A Zero-Trust security model designed and presented to executive leadership — essential for an environment holding sensitive patient data under HIPAA, GDPR and India's DPDP framework — with Cisco network Bill of Materials validated for medical-grade availability.

Clinical Systems

Nurse Call & Beyond

Nurse call systems evaluated across operating facilities in Surat and Ahmedabad — because a nurse-call system is judged not in a datasheet, but at 3 a.m. on a ward. Vendor documentation was always combined with on-the-ground observation.

Benchmarking

Learning from the Best

Structured infrastructure benchmarking at leading operational hospitals — including Dinanath Mangeshkar and Shantilal Sanghvi — studying network architecture, systems integration and workflows, and translating the lessons into the new hospital's blueprints.

From the boardroom where budgets were approved, to the clinical floors where doctors described their workflows — I owned the translation of medical needs into engineered, procurable, accountable technology decisions.
